About Our Grants:

Each year, Kairos Community Ventures (KCV) giving circle raises funds to be distributed to organizations that serve the Los Angeles community in accordance with our mission and values. Both established nonprofit organizations and emerging community-based organizations have received grants to support the important work they do. Kairos Community Ventures funds PTO grants between $500 and $5,000 to help schools launch meaningful projects that strengthen students, families, and the community. Grants are awarded through an application process overseen by the KCV Grants Committee.

Each grant and the total number of grants is based on available funds.

What We Fund:

Kairos Community Ventures believes that strong schools build strong communities—and when parents, teachers, and partners come together, students thrive. This grant is a way to invest directly into the people working hardest to make education vibrant, inclusive, and successful.

Schools and PTO/PTAs are encouraged to apply and share details about how the funding will make a positive impact. Together, we can continue building brighter futures—one school at a time.
